Developed and optimized a deal flow referral network of 6,000 financial professionals inside China across five regional offices, leveraging the global BDO/Trenwith Alliance — 20,000+ professionals in 650 offices across 105 countries. Managed highest-level institutional relationships and navigated complex China regulatory and political environments for a foreign-owned financial institution.

Entered as equal partner to structure and execute a $1 billion sovereign wealth capital raise targeting the world's largest and most selective institutional investors. Introduced and structured the engagement of Manoj Kohli — Wharton AMP classmate and long-standing personal friend — as senior advisor. Kohli built Bharti Telecom to 1.2 billion customers with a $50B IPO market cap, then served as Executive Chairman of SoftBank India.

The raise was structured as five tranches of $200M each, targeting sovereign wealth relationships including MBS/Saudi Arabia, Temasek (Singapore), and Japanese institutional capital — funds Kohli had dealt with directly at the highest levels.
